East Harlem Tuxie Needs Our Help

Dear family, Little Wanderers gets urgent requests all day, and all night long. Many of those requests come from poor and working class feeders of stray colonies that can barely make ends meet for themselves, leaving little for their colonies. So we help them because most won’t. This young cat here is in big trouble. She’s fed by a nice lady who takes two buses and one train, everyday from the Bronx, to feed this East Harlem colony of 10 strong feral and stray cats (she feeds over 60 per day in various locations). Little Wanderers will go rescue this poor poor cat who is in dire straits.

We are hit from all sides with requests. Show your support for the neediest cats and contribute to or venmo @ littlewanderers.

We will keep you updated on the rescue. Stay tuned. Little Wanderers to the rescue!

This is What We Do

IMG_2258Why is it that some of the most beautiful are true Ferals? Meet Misty, a stunning FERAL FERAL FERAL Russian Blue boy Little Wanderers trapped from Hunts Point in the Bronx. He will receive proper medical care and ASPCA services this Tuesday! For now, we have him resting in a nice crate with a bed, plenty of food and basically whatever his heart desires. He will recover with us and then be returned when he is fully healed. Continue reading “This is What We Do”

Happy Endings: Jerry!

jerryhappyendingDo you guys remember Jerry? He was a scared little guy when Little Wanderers rescued him and his four siblings from an African Hair Braiding store in East Harlem this past October. He was a very lucky kitty! He was then fostered by Rock Star Foster mom Fumiko (@intromixx), who nursed him to excellent health and nurtured him into a loving, sweet, playful, trusting furry friend.

Lucky Jerry then found a forever home with Dr. Fortino and her husband. Little Wanderers rescues cats and kittens in impossible, hopeless situations and makes dreams come true. Won’t you help us make more dreams come true? Please go to our to donate. There are so many more Jerrys to help get to their forever homes.
